Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery
• Orders are delivered within 1 week from the order confirmation date.
• Do not open or inspect the order in front of the delivery agent.
• For any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees must be paid.
2. Exchange
• Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:
• Broken or leaking perfume bottle.
• Sprayer not working.
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
3. Return
• Returns are not accepted if you simply don’t like the fragrance.
• If a return is exceptionally approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

الشروط والأحكام
أولاً: الاستلام
• يتم تسليم الطلبات خلال أسبوع من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
• ممنوع فتح أو معاينة الطلب أمام مندوب التوصيل.
• في حالة وجود مشكلة، يُرجى التواصل خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من الاستلام.
• في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتحمّل العميل مصاريف الشحن.
ثانياً: الاستبدال
• يُقبل الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:
• وجود كسر أو تسريب في زجاجة العطر.
• البخاخ لا يعمل.
• يشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم.
ثالثاً: الاسترجاع
• لا يُقبل الاسترجاع في حال عدم الإعجاب بالعطر.
• في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع بشكل استثنائي، يتم تحويل المبلغ خلال ١٤ يوم عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
