Returns & Exchanges

Because we love serving our customers, we make returns simple.

If you're not happy with your order — for any reason — we're here to help. Just reach out within the window below and we'll take care of the rest.

Returns: request within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
Exchanges: request within 4 days of delivery.
Refunds arrive within 10 to 15 days of the returned item reaching us.

To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

A 150 EGP shipping and handling fee applies to all returns, deducted from your refund.

Orders placed during sales or promotional periods are eligible for exchange only, not refund.

Your trust means more to us than any single sale. If something's wrong, tell us, and we'll fix it.

How to Get the Best From Your Fragrance

Every bottle is macerated for two weeks before it reaches you, so the oils settle and the scent reaches its full character.

After delivery, let your fragrance rest for at least 4 to 5 hours before first use. Heat and movement during shipping temporarily affect the oils, and this short rest restores the scent to its intended performance. We recommend placing the bottle in the fridge during this time to help it settle faster.

For the strongest projection and longevity, apply 12 to 15 sprays — preferably onto clothing, where the scent holds far longer than on skin.
